What Led Me To Executive Coaching
From my early days as a receptionist in a travel agency to leading a purchasing center for a global corporation, my career has spanned industries, countries, and roles—all with coaching at the core. Moving between small businesses and corporate environments, whether streamlining projects across global entities or advising executives on personal branding, I was consistently drawn to helping people engage in transformational journeys by becoming emotionally attuned and understanding the psychodynamics of human behavior. The skills I developed—inspiring, guiding, and facilitating learning—have shaped my approach as an executive coach. Certified by INSEAD, I’m committed to creating a safe space where clients can integrate emotional insights with strategic clarity, empowering them to make bold decisions and take purposeful actions that make a Difference to their World.

Year-round open water swimming taught me to feel the rhythm to each stroke, a challenge in every wave, and—most importantly—an unseen force beneath me – the silent current. As your coach I will help you swim ‘with the currents’ through the transition.
From Contrast To Harmony: Black & White Create The Perfect Balance....
...clarity, structure, and simplicity come into play in both the coaching process and decision-making.... Black and white are often seen as opposites, yet they can complement each other—just like the balance of emotional insights and strategic clarity that executive coaching is all about
Behind The Scenes Of Leadership
Career
Ask a dozen people, and you’ll hear a dozen definitions of a career. I work with clients to uncover what a fulfilling career truly means to them—guided by their inner voice, not external expectations. Only this clarity ensures lasting results.

Family
The dynamics within my family have shaped who I am. Add a layer of the third culture upbringing, and a daily coaching practice emerges. My family has been my greatest training ground—providing learnings no school ever could.

Life as an expat
….has broadened my perspective, opened my mind, taught me to attune to cultural nuances, and appreciate life’s small, everyday moments. It has fuelled my passion for continuous learning and growth while deepening my respect for traditions and heritage.

Home
… for me, means understanding who I am and recognizing what I truly need in life. By nurturing these needs, I can create a sense of belonging and comfort, no matter where I live.
Global Corporations
Working in global corporations has taught me the importance of cultural sensitivity, empathy, and the art of diplomacy.
It’s not just about mastering the technical aspects of the job, but about understanding and navigating complex systems, people, and diverse perspectives.

Local businesses
… entrepreneurs who often carry the weight of immense pressure and responsibility for the business and their teams. From them, I’ve learned to be courageous, taking calculated risks, and ownership for my decisions. These self-made leaders are typically hands-on and driven, yet they often struggle to find time for both personal growth and the development of their teams.

Cold
…keeps me alert…just as in coaching, swimming in open waters requires you to be fully present, navigate uncertainty, and trust your instincts to move forward. It teaches resilience when facing challenging conditions, adaptability in a constantly changing environment, and the importance of connecting with your inner compass to find direction.

Warmth
… I love the sun, but for me, true warmth comes from the emotional connection that develops between people, especially during a good coaching session…
Speed
is more than just fast cars…For me, speed is about the momentum that builds when projects are moving toward a goal, when every puzzle piece falls into place. In coaching, as in life, speed comes from combining focus with clarity, ensuring you move toward your aspirations with purpose and direction.

Thoughtful pace….
….is a luxury I allow myself when reading and reflecting. In a world that often moves at a fast pace, I create space for my clients to pause, reflect, and gain clarity. This deliberate slowing down allows for deeper self-awareness, preparation, and thoughtful decision-making—it’s in these moments of focus and reflection that the next step becomes clearer, more purposeful, and aligned with long-term goals.

Colourful
….an expression of life, of joy, of the diversity of the world and its possibilities. Much like coaching, where the journey isn’t always linear. It often takes us through unexpected terrains, revealing new colourful perspectives and opportunities for growth along the way.

Black and white
…clarity, structure, and simplicity come into play in both the coaching process and decision making….black and white are often seen as opposites, yet they can complement each other – just like the balance of emotional insights and strategic clarity that coaching is all about…
