my coaching philosophy:
Coaching leaders who make a difference to the world.

Executive & Expat Coach
As a leader, you have the power to create a meaningful difference—for Yourself, Your team, and Your organization. How will you harness that power?
How I Support Your Goals

Beyond the Boardroom:
Making a Difference in Your World
Global leaders, much like elite athletes, must perform at peak levels under intense pressure, always ‘ON’, often navigating competitive and complex environments while at the same time dealing with the slower pace of their organization.
Executive coaching, similar to sports coaching, offers you a safe space to reflect on strategic challenges but it also helps you identify the underlying struggles inside of these challenges.

Beyond Borders:
Global Mobility Reimagined
As an expat for more than 20 years, I understand the struggles that expats experience. Moving to a new country brings change on multiple levels, affecting the entire family.
As a leader, you need to adapt to a new work culture and develop a global mindset almost overnight. Your spouse often faces the challenge of navigating a career change while building a home in a foreign country, and your children must learn to settle as Third Culture Kids (TCKs), adjusting to what that life entails.
And all of this in reverse when you ‘repatriate’, in many cases the transition back home can be as challenging as the original move abroad.

Beyond Communication:
Shaping Your Executive Presence
Why should people follow you? How do you inspire your teams to stay engaged, especially in times of transformation and change?
In today’s landscape, leaders must speak the language of 'leadership' both online and offline.
Are you present where your influence is needed most?
Together, we’ll shape a unique, authentic leadership voice that resonates across platforms, empowering you to communicate effectively, inspire trust, and
supports your vision to make a meaningful Difference to Your World.
About me
From a small village in Czechia, I carry with me resilience and practicality shaped by my heritage. I’ve learned how humor and tradition can serve as shields, helping navigate life’s toughest challenges.
I moved abroad right after college.
As an expatriate, I immersed myself in new languages and cultures, experiencing personal growth in ways no classroom could offer.
Adaptability, courage, and a commitment to lifelong curiosity were the fruits of this path—qualities I now bring to my work supporting others in their own paths to growth and transformation.
Living as a single parent on the sunny island of Tenerife taught me to embrace the present, live fully, adapt and have courage to make tough decisions for those we love – qualities that empower leaders to thrive both personally and professionally, no matter where they are in the world.
In Denmark I learned that true leadership thrives in connectedness, where community provides support, perspective, and resilience.
The Danish art of hygge—being present, embracing simplicity, and making choices aligned with one’s inner compass—offers a powerful reminder to lead with intention and authenticity.
I am continually inspired by Scandinavian women, who naturally embody gravitas and speak with authentic authority, staying grounded in their values.
Living in Munich taught me the importance of balancing respect for tradition with openness to change. Bavaria’s strong cultural pride highlights the value of honoring established practices, while its shift toward embracing diversity shows how openness drives growth. Additionally, Bavaria’s high quality of life serves as a reminder to prioritize well-being and create environments where people feel motivated, respected, and at home: essential for motivating teams and ensuring a positive, thriving environment. Great leadership blends heritage with innovation and prioritizes the people who drive success.

Multicultural Family And Global Understanding
Raising my children as Third Culture Kids in a multicultural family has given me a unique understanding of identity and belonging. I bring this awareness into my coaching, helping others navigate complex cultural dynamics.

Facing Life’s Challenges Head-On
From learning foreign languages to overcoming cultural barriers, I’ve always confronted life’s challenges head-on. I help my clients tap into their inner resources, empowering them to stay true to themselves in the face of tough decisions.

Why and how to start journaling
Journaling is one of the skills I teach my coachees. Many know that the science behind regular journaling is rooted in psychology, neuroscience, and behavioral science. ☝️They know that: Writing about emotions helps regulate them by activating the prefrontal cortex, which is responsible for rational thinking and emotional control. Welcome to the mystery of leadership communication
𝗗𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗶𝘁 “𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗱”? Many leaders seem to think so. They draft an email, approve a company statement, or delegate messaging to corporate communications, believing the job is done. But how do their teams feel? Overwhelmed😔 Bombarded by a flood of polished messages, often crafted by AI

Is confidence helping or hurting?
In a world where self-confidence is celebrated (and sometimes excessively so), it’s easy to mistake confidence for competence, overestimate our strengths, or downplay areas for growth. This can be a tough pill to swallow. Few things challenge us more than feedback that doesn’t align with our self-image. Many personal development
